FORGET THE PAST...MOVE ON 2022

Can you believe it is already that time of year. First Christmas and then a NEW YEAR! Every time a new year is coming around, I try to evaluate my life and figure out what I need to do and things I need to work on. I came up with some random things I need to work on for this new year. I am sure that as time passes, things will be added to my ongoing list.

A little peek into my list....

  1. WORK OUT AND GET IN BETTER SHAPE......this is something I am really going to be focusing on this year. Working out but also watching my food intake and limiting unhealthy foods from my diet. I purchased a gym membership, and will try to go at least 3-4 times a week.

  2. YOUTUBE......this year I am going to really start focusing on my YouTube content. I work with a bunch of companies and I feel as though advertising on YouTube could potentially grow my brand and myself. Youtube also is so much fun and I know for a fact I will enjoy the process. I am going to teach myself to edit and learn everything about my new camera.

  3. START MY ONLINE STORE......this has been in the works for a while. I will focus more time on this project and hopefully open in 2022.

This list will go on probably until 10 things, but those are the ones I have chosen so far. For me it has been important to physically write goals down on paper. It is also helpful to have it out all the time so you are looking at it. This helps you always remember and feel guilty if you are not trying to accomplish them. The goal for me for the longterm is to keep having goals and to continue trying to accomplish them. I bought a notebook from Ross, and have started using it as my life journal. I write things I am working on and how I am going to reach my goals. Most of the time, it isn't about the actual goal but more so on how you plan on getting there. The plan or the method is what you have to think about. Those will be your steps to certain goals or aspirations. It is important to remember that some goals take much longer than others. Some goals take years, you can work on spending up the process, but remember to never rush the process.

REMEMBER.....

  1. Take your time coming up with goals and creating plans on how to reach them.

  2. Don't try to work on to many goals all at once. This will become overwhelming and can cause you to have set backs.

  3. Follow through on things you say you're going to do.

  4. Stay in your own lane....create your own lane.

  5. Be around people you can learn from, much more than those you can relate to.....read that again.

  6. Continue to ask yourself "Did I do Enough" when you feel like you aren't succeeding.

  7. Never compare yourself to anybody but who you were yesterday.
